Job Summary:
We are currently seeking the expertise of an SAP experienced individual to assist in the implementation of SAP S/4HANA. Reporting to the SAP Project Manager, the SAP Finance Analyst is responsible for supporting the implementation of SAP S/4HANA Finance and Controlling (FICO).
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work with business to improve processes and procedures and standardize across the company
- Provide decision making for re-engineered process that align with SAP leading practices
- Steer the product throughout the Product lifecycle and ensure the final product delivered can be adopted by end users
- Be able to facilitate workshops to collect business requirements and translate them to system requirements with the ability to identify gaps, issues and work around solutions
- Participates in testing during various testing cycles
- Assist with coordination of activities related to data cleansing and conversion with the relevant business individuals
- Identify test script scenarios
- Assist in the execution of test scripts for SIT and assist with UAT with business individuals
- Internal project roll out
- Assist in change management
- Provide end user support and training
Required Skills, Knowledge, Abilities, Education and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years’ experience with SAP, FICO modules
- SAP User Support experience is considered an asset
- CPA designation or near completion is considered an asset
- Proven experience in design, configuration and testing of SAP modules is considered an asset
- Computer literate; MS Office Suite intermediate to advanced level (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills; written and oral
- Experience as a supervisor is considered an asset
