We are currently seeking a Claims Administrator to join our team based out of our Bedford, NS office.
Job Summary:
We are currently seeking a Claims Intake Administrator to support our insurance, finance, and legal teams in the intake and handling of insurance claims based out of Bedford, NS.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Receiving incident reports and documenting claims.
- Communicating with operational personnel, customers, and members of the public.
- Tracking claims and reporting regular status updates.
- Working with insurance, finance, safety, and legal professionals to ensure the efficient handling of claims.
- Any other duties as required.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, Education, and Experience:
- Superior organization skills and attention to detail.
- Interpersonal and communication skills.
- Experience or interest in construction, transportation or insurance industries is considered an asset.
